We do not employ service writers. You speak to the mechanic.
We tell you what it costs before we start. The number on the estimate is the number on the bill. There are no hidden fees. If we find additional work during a repair, we call you first. You decide.
Most jobs are finished the same day you bring the car in. We schedule our work so that routine services, brake jobs, and most mechanical repairs are completed by the afternoon.
Mike has been working on Mercedes-Benz for close to sixty years. The vacuum systems, the Bosch mechanical fuel injection, the OM617 diesels — he does not need a manual for any of it.
Some of our customers have been coming here for over twenty years. When you call, you are talking to the person who will be working on your car.
